The City of El Dorado will soon have their very own flag.
Six weeks ago, the city announced it was looking for design submissions for a city flag. They received 158 design entries.
A committee comprised of city officials, local business owners and local citizens narrowed down the entries down to the final group of 12.
More than 1,300 votes narrowed the 12 designs down to 3. Those three designs were finalized by a team of graphic designers.
