A new industrial business park could be coming to Olathe.
Dubbed the Olathe Commerce Center, the project would sit on about 66 acres of green space at Dennis Avenue and South Grant Street, with access to nearby Kansas Highway 7 and Interstate 35.
A subsidiary of Kansas City-based Jones Development Co. will develop the property, starting with a 21,400-square-foot warehouse. Cushman & Wakefield is the broker. Jones Development did not respond to a request for comment.
