At the direction of Mayor Bryan Stirton, City Attorney Kevin Hill drafted an Asset Purchase Agreement to present to the Mission Village Living Center Board. At the meeting on the 29th, Hill reported that there have been positive developments in the process, with a plan in place to provide the city say in management of Mission Village, as well as constituting a new board. The necessary paperwork should be completed by the first meeting in May, when the city hopes to be able to announce some firm commitments and move forward the way he believes the community has responded that they want to proceed.
