Has the Neosho Ridge Wind project debate itself become hazardous enough to public health for a county official to step in? Not really, but there is something worrisome going on. Actually, the concern expressed by Health Department Administrator Teresa Starr at Thursday evening’s Neosho County Commission meeting was about the late meeting hours devoted to the issue. “We’re staying until two in the morning,” Starr said. “It’s hard for everyone the next day.”
