The Saline County Commission approved aerial photography, road work and other purchases Tuesday morning.
The commission agreed to spend $115,600 for the first of two aerial photography flights. Chairman Bob Vidricksen said the photos are used by the Road and Bridge Department, County Appraiser’s Office, and Weeds Department.
Geographic Information Systems Coordinator Judy Palenske said there has been much growth and development in Saline County since the last aerial photos were taken in 2017.
