Thirty-one people attended the First Impressions presentation of Washington last week. The presentation shared the opinions of three volunteers from Wakefield who visited the town in October. Those visitors took photos and provided comments from their visits. The common themes from those reports included the clean and well-kept appearance of Washington, the visitors’ love of the brick streets, the helpfulness of City Hall, the town’s lack of a noon-time restaurant and the negative impression of three of the town’s four entrances, among other things.
