Lieutenant Governor and Secretary of Commerce David Toland today published the boundaries for the Kansas City Chiefs STAR Bonds District, as authorized by K.S.A. 12-17, 160 et. al. The STAR Bond district will collect new sales tax revenues to finance the construction of the $3 billion state-of-the-art domed stadium in Wyandotte County, the Chiefs headquarters and training facility in Olathe and portions of the surrounding mixed-used development.
