People can also search by name or date of birth to access their information. Those who prefer to pay by phone can call (877) 817-9864 and enter their citation number. Online payment is also available at the Cowley County District Court. County Court Clerk Mandy Hockenbury said customers wanting to pay online can do so at paykscourts.com. Municipal Court Clerk Hillary Pappan said customers in Winfield can submit payments online at winfieldks.org.
