The Lenexa City Council unanimously approved a development agreement with AdventHealth Shawnee Mission to construct a 200-bed hospital and wellness campus at the burgeoning Lenexa City Center.
The signing of the development agreement was the next step for the project, the Shawnee Mission Post reports. The deal establishes the framework of the scope and incentives for the project at the northwest corner of 87th Street Parkway and Renner Boulevard.
