Wakefield to begin fining residents with unclean gutters

Starting in July, the City of Wakefield will begin issuing $25 tickets to residents who failed to keep their street gutters clean.

The City of Wakefield posted that the fines will begin to be issued after annual cleaning of streets, which takes place in July. CleanRite, with whom the city has a contract to clean the streets, will be coming for three to four days to clean and sweep the streets.
