The county will be replacing more bridges with storage tanks, as commissioners directed Highway Department Administrator Ronnie Tremblay to purchase a tank and look into how many more bridge can be replace with tanks.

On Monday Tremblay reported to commissioners that Knox Welding contacted him and informed him that they have access to 10 storage tanks that are 36 feet long that can be used for replacement bridges. Knox has one currently available that he would sell to the County for $8,500 that could be used on 14th Rd. between Cherokee and Deer Trail Roads.
