Lenexa has agreed to issue $19 million in industrial revenue bonds and to offer a property tax abatement to help finance a new headquarters for Oddo Development at 105th Street and Lackman Road.
The company plans to build a 92,000-square-foot office/warehouse facility — it’s third relocated headquarters — down the street from its current headquarters, the Shawnee Mission Post reports. As part of the incentives, Oddo will be required to invest $15 million in the project and be a dues-paying member of the Lenexa Chamber of Commerce, among other requirements.
