It’s official! Dollar Tree is coming to Pratt!
With the stroke of a pen and unanimous vote, Pratt City Commissioners Monday night set the stage for Dollar Tree management to move ahead with plans for a store off U. S. Highway 54 to the east of Hibbett Sports with entrances off Fincham Road to the east and Dale Road to the north.
Pratt Building Inspector Brad Blankenship presented the resolution which defined all the boundaries and other necessary requirements to commissioners. He reported that the Pratt Planning and Zoning Board had done due diligence in making sure all city ordinances and requirements were met.
