Butler County Tuesday announced it plans to start using a line management system called QLess to reduce lines and wait times for people at the DMV.
“As the only appointment platform integrated with walk-in traffic, QLess helps organizations of all sizes reduce lines with an easy-to-use app and is used all over the world, including: Tourneau/Rolex, Vodafone, the University of Texas, and the government offices of Michigan, Nevada, Texas, and many more,” a news release from Butler county says.
In Butler county, customers now have the ability to join a virtual queue from the county’s website, their cell phones or on-site kiosks in both of the county’s Motor Vehicle locations.
“With the new solution, Butler county expects to improve customer satisfaction and reduce pressure on their staff by reducing wait times and crowds,” the county says.
