The Community Health Center of Southeast Kansas (CHC/SEK) has received national recognition from the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) for providing high-quality care. “We are proud to be recognized for the quality of care provided to our patients,” said Jason Wesco, Executive Vice-President. “It demonstrates the hard work of our staff as well as our commitment to providing high-quality patient care.”

Wesco added that the funding allows CHC/SEK to continue working to improve the health outcomes in southeast Kansas. The funding is part of $125 million in funding awarded by HRSA to health centers nationwide to further improve the quality, efficiency and effectiveness of the health care delivered to the communities they serve. CHC/SEK was one of only 18 health centers in the state to receive the funding.
