The Mulvane Land Bank will consider bids Aug. 6 to make repairs to a downtown building damaged by a leaky roof.
Part of the building at 201 W. Main collapsed last month, forcing the tenant, a dance studio, to move out. The building, which is about 120 years old, is one of two that the Land Bank still has in its stable of properties.
No one was hurt when the center window and bricks began falling off the front of the building. The damage pushed the front of the building out six to eight inches, City Administrator Kent Hixson said at the time.
