Larry specializes in financial, legal and analytical services and has 20 years of experience in municipal law and public finance. He also provides legal review and municipal codification services to Kansas local governments. After receiving a law degree from the University of Kansas, Larry served as bond counsel and special counsel to Kansas local governments. He also served as Assistant General Counsel to the League of Kansas Municipalities (LKM) where he advised hundreds of cities and other municipalities throughout Kansas. Larry received a B.S. in business administration, a B.A. in chemistry and a law degree from the University of Kansas.
